2007 has long gone, therefore I put together the list of best rated jam sessions over here at Tjoon. We all invite you to record all of your musical ideas this year at Tjoon and of course tell your friends about it! We hope more people will know about online video jamming! Here are the they, the best Tjoons of 2007, enjoy!

1. Only you!

One the first tjoons recorded. The site was online for just a couple of days and this guy recorded the first amazing song. It is an existing song(who knows which?), he arranged this song for Tjoon as far as I know, fantastic.

2. Trumpet Players are only show-offs!

The second best is Pim with his trumpet. He exagerates his trumpet playing. Very funny!

Then we have far away by Laurel! This is also a very original Tjoon. You have to see for yourself.

Thanks to WidgetBox we made the Tjoon widget available for all sorts of homepages, startpages, musicpages etc.

On the page of a tjoon you see a little button beneath a tjoon, like this one:

With it you can place your Tjoon on MySpace, Facebook, Google Homepage, Netvibes and some other sites.

Layout changed

The layout needed a change! So we changed it. The frontpage is totally different now, so that you can see the latest tjoons immediately.

We are still looking for new functions that we are going to develop. So for you the question what new functions do you want?

Time limit increased to 3 minutes!

We heard from you, the 30 second limit wasn't enough to record the tjoons. Therefore we decided to increase the time limit to 3 minutes (finally!) !

Another little update we did: when a track was recorded it dissappeared in the site, now if a new track is added, it shows up at latest tjoons

So have fun with this extra time, we're looking forward to see the longer tjoons!

Your Tjoon on YouTube?

Do you want to show your Tjoon on YouTube? We did an experiment with CamStudio to record a Tjoon to a movie from your screen and it works wonderful. CamStudio is free software(windows), that captures your screen.

Just install CamStudio, select an region from your screen, select: record from speakers and you're good to go.

As an example we recorded the most favorite Tjoon, here it is:

Update: Popular tjoons

We updated the popular section. Before the update it only showed the most popular tjoons of this month, now we have a most popular tjoon of this week! So the voting will be more effective. (If your Tjoon is cool, you can be on the homepage for one week or month!)

We also did some improvements on the layout, and we added a "latest comments" section on the homepage. Hope you enjoy the update! Let us know if there is some functionality you can't live without!

A small update! We moved the weblog from Blogspot to here! Now it is easier for us to keep you uptodate about the things we make possible and most importantly to keep track of what you think is the next important feature we have to add.
